Workout with Michelle Bridges at The Festival Of Sport

Michelle Bridges is bringing her fun and energetic workout to Geelong’s Festival of Sport! The health and wellness expert will be at GMHBA Stadium from 10:30am on Saturday 6 October to lead a FREE 45 minute exercise session!

After the workout Michelle will be sticking around to answer some questions and fans will have the opportunity have their photo taken with her.

Michelle expressed her enthusiasm about conducting a one-off fitness session at The Festival of Sport:

“The workout that I’m going to do will be fun, full of laughs, enjoyment and lots of activity. Everyone can do it, so come one, come all, we’re going to have a great time!”

Michelle is best known for her straight talking and tough love approach to coaching contestants on the weight loss program ‘The Biggest Loser’ and her 12 Week Body Transformation program has helped participant’s lose over 1.5 million kilos worldwide.

As one of Australia’s most highly regarded health and fitness experts, Michelle is bringing her purpose of ‘supporting every Australian at any stage of their journey towards better health and fitness’ to the Festival of Sport.

The Festival aims to bring the Geelong community together in a celebration of physical activity, health, and the diversity of sport in the region. Over 30 sports, activities and competitions will be staged throughout the Kardinia Park Precinct to encourage the community to get out, try something new and most importantly, have fun!
