Geelong Football club

Formed in 1859, the Geelong Football club is the second oldest club in the Australian Football League.

After relocating from Corio oval in 1940, Kardinia Park has been the home ground of the ‘Cats’ as well as their training and administration base.

A major part of the region’s DNA, the Geelong Football Club has won 9 premierships, most recently in 2011.

St Mary’s Sporting Club

Boasting a strong junior development program and newly redeveloped club and functions rooms, St Mary’s have long been one of the most successful clubs within the Geelong Football and Netball League.

The ‘Saints’ are based at the Anthony Costa oval within the Kardinia Park Precinct.

Geelong Central Netball Association

A fixture of the Kardinia Park precinct since the mid 1930’s, the Geelong Central Netball Association proudly carries the reputation as one of the strongest associations in Victoria.

In 2014 the Geelong Netball Association celebrated 90 years of Netball in Geelong.

Geelong Football Umpires League

Established in 1935, the Geelong Umpires is the oldest surviving umpiring organisation in country Victoria. The association boasts over 250 members and is responsible for providing umpires to the Geelong Football League, Bellarine Football League, Geelong and District Football League and the Geelong Junior Football League.

The Geelong Umpires facility is available for function, conference or training hire.

Geelong Cricket Club

The Geelong Cricket Club moved to its current location within the Kardinia Park Precinct in 1996. Their facilities back onto the ‘Ford Stand’ at GMHBA Stadium.

The club has 6 teams across two competitions – 4 teams within the Victoria Premier Men’s and 2 teams within the Cricket Victoria Woman’s.

Kardinia Senior Citizens

The Kardinia Senior Citizens Club is located on the Moorabool St side of the Stadium. The club provides a relaxed environment where people can enjoy the company of others and participate in a wide range of activities.

Kardinia Aquatic Centre

Kardinia Aquatic Centre is part of the Swim Sport and Leisure network which provides various health, fitness and recreation facilities throughout the Geelong region.

Geelong’s state-of-the-art outdoor aquatic facility is perfect for families, lap and recreational swimmers. An ideal training venue for elite swimmers, host to major swimming events and school carnivals.
