AFLW 3.0 GEELONG VS FREMANTLE
Geelong Cats vs Fremantle Dockers
Saturday 9 March, 2019
FREE entry to all AFLW matches.
Gates Open: 1.35pm
Game Time: 2.35pm
The Cats return to GMHBA Stadium for the third and final time this AFLW 3.0 season, this time to take on the Fremantle Dockers.
After last week’s surprise upset over the Brisbane Lions, the Cats are returning home on top of the Conference B ladder, while Fremantle remain in third spot on the Conference A ladder after defeating last year’s premiers Western Bulldogs.
The Cats Women’s team haven’t lost a game at home this season, but Saturday’s game is a must-win game for the Dockers if they want to secure a spot in the AFL Women’s finals. No doubt both teams will be competing fiercely as they enter into the pointy end of the AFLW season.
