The Stage 5 re-development of Kardinia Park continues, with work expected to be completed by mid-2023.
The project’s builder, BESIX Watpac, has temporarily increased its workspace into the north-west corner of the Precinct (cnr of LaTrobe Tce and Kilgour St) and the southern area of the stadium (behind the Players Stand) to support the assembly of the roof panels for the new stand under construction.
These areas will be temporarily occupied from late November 2022 to mid-May 2023.
Parking is restricted in these areas. Pedestrian access has been maintained throughout the park.
