As custodians of GMHBA Stadium, Geelong Sports Museum, Sports House and Barwon Regional Cricket Centre, we play an important role in ensuring Kardinia Park is an inclusive and welcoming place, where people feel safe and respected. These four action plans define and direct our work in this space.

Targeting equitable community participation, improved facility access and employment outcomes for people from the disability, aged, multicultural and LGBTIQA+ communities.

Addressing the social issue of gender-based violence. Our vision is for every person that visits our stadium to feel safe, welcome and free to be themselves.
RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN – INNOVATE
Honouring the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional owners of these lands and all First Nations people who work, visit and connect here at Kardinia Park.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY ACTION PLAN
Our focus is improving outcomes related to energy use, waste, water use and transport.
We strive to become a recognised environmental leader within the local region and national sports and entertainment industry.
