If a Customer breaches or failed to fully comply with any of these Conditions, they may be:
- denied access to, or evicted or removed from, the Stadium;
- banned from attending future Events at the discretion of KPST;
- fined by the Stadium; and/or
- asked for identification by KPST (including its authorised contractors, agents or employees), law enforcement agencies, Stadium management or security staff.
Information collected from or on Customers who breach the Conditions may be shared between Stadium management, security staff, Stadium hirers and promoters and/or law enforcement agencies. This information may be used to prosecute or support the implementation of a ban on the Customer, or for other law enforcement purposes.
