National Skate Competition Flips into Festival of Sport

Have you ever wanted to learn how to skate? Or are you a skater ready to show off your skills? Come down to Kardinia Park on Sunday 6 October to give skateboarding a go at one of the ‘come and try’ clinics or to compete in the Australian Skate Park League National comp! 

Prepare to be wowed by top skaters as they compete across four divisions – 12 & Under, 16 & Under, Open Male, Open – in the 2019 Australian Skate Park League National Series. 

Sign up to one of the interactive clinics and learn the basics of skating in a safe and fun environment. All equipment will be provided, including skateboards and protective gear – just bring your sense of adventure. 

The Skate Park League competitions are community-based grass-roots events focused on embracing skate park culture and bringing the community together. It’s Australia’s biggest interconnected Action Sports League and has over 3000 members and 100 events nationwide.

10.30am – 11.00am Clinic Registration  

11.00am – 11.45am Clinic #1  

11.45am – 12.00pm Clinic Registration  

12.00pm – 12.45 pm Clinic #2  

12.45pm – 1:15pm 12 & Under Event Registration and Warm Up  

1:15pm – 2.00pm 12 & Under Competition  

2.00pm – 2:45pm 16 & Under Competition  

2:45pm – 3.15pm Open Female Competition  

3.15pm – 4:00pm Open male Competition 

4pm Event Conclusion
